Horrible service trying to get a replacement. Lady yelling on the phone that people in a restaurant heard. Machine broke on December 9th. Took over 15 business days and multiple calls to even get paperwork. Out over $250.00 for warranty and another $100.00 for a machine. Nasty people

Don't buy the extended service. It's a rip off. They promise & don't fulfill their promise. You can & call & call & you are given the run around. You pay for the extended service so you can call them & have you repair it as they walk you through the steps.
